Choose from a wide selection of our top quality fresh meats. We take pride in only selling the best. We specialize in AAA and Certified Angus Beef, select pork, and locally raised chicken. We can cut and customize anything you want. Just ask one of our professionally trained butcher’s.
We have also extended our line of fresh products to include natural and organic meats in order to keep up with the growing trend of health conscious consumers. We carry a variety of natural beef from Kerr Farms and organic chicken from Hallelujah.
We also cater to specials orders that may include: duck, geese, quail, lamb, rabbit, hen, capons, whole pigs, and cuts of beef (side, front, quarter, whole).
We don’t carry these items on a regular basis so it is important to order in advance
