Basic Cooking Instructions

BEEF

OVEN ROASTS: Prime Rib, Inside round, Eye of the round Bake at 350 degrees F
RARE: 15 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches140 degrees F
MEDIUM: 20 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F
WELL: 25 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches 170 degrees F

BEEF TENDERLOIN
Bake at 350 degrees F
RARE : 15 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches140 degrees F
MEDIUM: 20 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees F
WELL: 25 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches170 degrees F

POT ROASTS: Blade and Short Rib
Sear well all over. Add water to 1/2 height of roast; simmer approximately 1 hour & 15 minutes per pound.
Add onions for flavour

STEAKS & MARINATED STEAKS
Grill or broil 5 to 7 minutes each side

HAMS
Fully cooked hams - Bake 12 to 15 minutes per pound at 325 degrees F to heat throughout

CORNED BEEF
Full boil for 30 minutes, then simmer for 45 minutes per pound

HAMBURGERS
Grill or pan fry 10 minutes each side

RIBS (Beef or Pork)
Best on grill or bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes per pound

IMPORTANT TIPS

1. Preheat oven for 10-15 minutes at required temperature before baking.
2. When meat is finished, let it sit for at least 15-30 minutes before slicing

Please use an appropriate meat thermometer
for accuracy.

PORK & LAMB ROASTS
Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes per pound until
internal temperatures reaches 175 degrees F

STUFFED PORK TENDERLOIN
Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 60 minutes

MARINATED PORK CHOPS
Grill or pan fry for 5 to 7 minutes each side

FRENCHED PORKLOIN ROAST

Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes per pound until internal temperature reaches 185 to 190 degrees F

CHICKEN BREASTS & MARINATED CHICKEN BREASTS
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
Grill or broil 10 minutes each side

BREADED CUTLETS (Chicken & Pork)
Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes
or pan fry in oil for 7-10 minutes each side

CHICKEN CORDON BLEU & MONTEREY
Drizzle oil overtop and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes

STUFFED CHICKEN BREASTS
Bake at 350 degrees F for 35-45 minutes

TURKEYS

Un-stuffed : Cook at 350 degrees F for 18 minutes per pound
